I specialize in helping people overcome chronic and degenerative health conditions. More often than not, when a condition has become chronic, and you’ve “tried everything” to resolve it, there is what’s known as a “Block to Healing”. By diagnosing and then removing the factor [s] that is impeding your body’s natural self-healing ability, you heal . Correctly diagnosing the root cause of your imbalance is equally as important as resolving it, otherwise you will be simply chasing symptoms for the rest of your life, while the problem worsens and becomes more complicated over time.

Working as a licensed health practitioner since 2002, I’ve treated thousands of patients. I am current with the latest research and utilize both ancient time-tested medicine and cutting edge modern medicine. I have a Master’s degree (and forthcoming Doctorate) in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and I’m a Nutritionist, specializing in the Microbiome and Gastrointestinal Health. However, I am not your typical Acupuncturist or Nutritionist. I’m who you call when you’ve been to every doctor, specialist, and shaman—and you’re still unwell. A more fitting professional title for me would be: “Clinical Medical Forensic Anthropologist Health Detective”. I am curious, quite committed to offering good medicine, and I believe everyone has the power to be well.

Holistic Medicine

Because everything is connected.

Your chronic back pain, autoimmune condition, or hormonal imbalance all have one thing in common—chronic inflammation.

Where is all this inflammation coming from? Almost all chronic inflammation can be traced back to a damaged gut or microbiome. fluid imbalances in the body, and toxicity. I aim to fix that by blending the best of Eastern and Western Medicine to get you balanced and feeling well.

Over its 5,000-year history, Acupuncture has remained virtually unchanged, making it perhaps the oldest medicine in the world. It is the original medicine. Acupuncture restores balance between the basic physiological mechanisms in the body, like temperature, fluid, gases, and light. The result? Well-being, which is our natural state.

Auricular Medicine

A complete medical system that utilizes the ear to diagnose and treat the mind and body. Auricular Medicine is a truly integrative approach, combining the best of Eastern and Western Medicine. The ear is an extension of the brain and nervous system and results are often felt quickly, profoundly, and are long-lasting.

Facial Reflexology

Based on a combination of Oriental Medicine, Reflexology, and Acupressure, Facial Reflexology (Dien Chan) is a deeply relaxing, healing, non-invasive treatment that utilizes a map of reflexes and zones on the face to rebalance and restore all biological systems in the body—which can remedy everything from physical pain to internal diseases.

For millennia, medical systems across the globe have emphasized the importance of strong digestion, a healthy gut, and a diverse microbiome as the keystones to health and wellness. The reverse is also true—an unhealthy gut is the “root of all disease,” as Hippocrates, the Father of Modern Medicine, stated thousands of years ago. The GI Tract is your central hub, providing nutrition for every single cell in your body.
